Immunization/¿µÈ¯ÀÌÀÇ °æÇè´ã

It seems that many people have trouble filling up the medical history form right. There may have been a change since but from my experience it was just a couple of visits to the university health center that did the trick. I think the doctors in univ. health centers are familiar with the procedure and know what to do because they had to do the same thing again and again. Hope it helps.
